This program is a tool for changing your life. This program will help
you articulate your goals, organize them, break them down into
manageable steps, and pursue them in a consistent way that will
enable you to achieve success.
Completing the program will give you the satisfaction of completing a
goal. But the changes and modes of thinking you will learn can last
much longer than 12 weeks. Once you learn the process of goal
attainment, you can apply it throughout your life to all your other
goals.
The goals of the program are several:
First, it is designed to simplify and organize the process of
motivation and goal-planning, to make it an accessible process at
which you can succeed.
Second, it is designed to give you specific suggestions for ways in
which to choose your goals and pursue them.
Third, it is designed to stress the overall importance of goal
planning and organization, to make you realize how much more
satisfying you life can be when you stick with your goals and see them
through. Becoming motivated to complete this program is the first
step in becoming motivated to achieve your goals. And, if you have
